Customising a Gantt Chart

When you right-click on a Gantt chart and choose Customise, the Customise Gantt Chart form appears.

You use the fields on the Customise Gantt Chart form to define the grouping and timescales used in the Gantt chart display.

Field	Description
Grouping
Level 1	The first level of grouping applied to the Gantt chart. Options are: Activity Location Group/Bench Text parameter None
Level 2	The second level of grouping applied to the Gantt chart. Options are: Activity Location Group/Bench Text parameter None
Level 3	The third level of grouping applied to the Gantt chart. Options are: Activity Location Group/Bench Text parameter None
Show on one line	Selected: The third level is displayed on the same line of the Gantt chart in different colours. Cleared: The third level of the Gantt chart is displayed in different lines of the Gantt chart in the same colour.
Timescales
Year	Selected: The timescale displays the year at the top of the Gantt chart. Cleared: The timescale does not display the year at the top of the Gantt chart.
Month	Selected: The timescale displays the month at the top of the Gantt chart. Cleared: The timescale does not display the month at the top of the Gantt chart.
Week	Selected: The timescale displays the week at the top of the Gantt chart. Cleared: The timescale does not display the week at the top of the Gantt chart.
Day	Selected: The timescale displays the day at the top of the Gantt chart. Cleared: The timescale does not display the day at the top of the Gantt chart.
Period	Selected: The timescale displays the scheduling period at the top of the Gantt chart. Cleared: The timescale does not display the scheduling period at the top of the Gantt chart.
